Ashley Fickel (JD '04) Joins Stinson LLP

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Ashley R. Fickel (JD '04) has joined Stinson LLP as a litigation partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. Fickel focuses his practice on business and real estate litigation, financial services litigation, class action defense and data privacy and cybersecurity.

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Ashley Fickel as a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Division. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Fickel focuses his practice on business and real estate litigation, financial services litigation, class action defense and data privacy and cybersecurity. He is the third attorney to join the firm's recently established Century City office in Los Angeles.

Fickel brings extensive courtroom experience defending financial institutions, automotive and other manufacturers, and a diverse group of businesses engaged in a broad spectrum of litigation.

Known for his advocacy skills, Fickel represents businesses in claims involving complex business and real estate disputes, consumer financial services litigation, consumer fraud claims and privacy.

Fickel holds a J.D. cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a B.A. from Westmont College. He is admitted to practice law in California.
